Anton & his wife, Svitlana, join us from Lviv, Ukraine! He began his dance journey at the age of 9 while trying to get close to a girl he was crushing on! He soon found that dancing was a way to escape the stress of day to day life as his mind forgot all his troubles when he stepped onto the dance floor. His hard work and dedication to the craft led him to winning Vice Champion of Ukraine in TEN dances, and being a reigning champion for several years in many of the Ukrainian national ballroom competitions. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and trying as many new experiences as possible. He hopes to equally build both confidence and technique within his students so they too can feel the rest of the world melt away when they step onto the dance floor with him.
